“Into the rush now, you don't have to know how”

Just look at these talented acting Michalka sisters, ruling the Disney Channel, and you think to yourself, they sing, act AND play instruments too? It’s amazing. It’s no surprise their album is titled “Into The Rush,” possibly about their busy, yet famous lifestyles. Sweet, uplifting lyrics about finding your identity (“No One”) and finding confidence that everything will be okay (“Collapsed”). Cute songs about love (“Speak For Myself” and “In A Second”) and songs for when you’re happy. I find it interesting, there aren’t very happy lyrics in “Out of The Blue”, but they seem as if singing this song with smiles on their faces. “I Am One of Them” talks about horrifying news reports about accidents and hurting children, yet they are safe where they are with their so called “happy ending.” “Do You Believe In Magic” has a cute, catchy tune, but maybe just a bit Disney-ish. Originally by Katrina and the Waves, I wasn’t all that impressed with their version of “Walking on Sunshine.” To me, it didn’t seem all that unique, just a familiar tune under their names, but hey, everyone’s entitled to their own opinion. Anyway, I was not disappointed with this album, sweet lyrics and catchy tunes. This album will be great for fans. Yes, Aly and AJ are talented, but maybe let other aspiring artists have a chance in the music industry.
